Here’s how:
You can be flexible in what space you need. You may have a 6 month contract and you need space for 8 people. Once that contract is completed, you only need space for 4 people. Office space can increase and decrease to suit your needs, subject to availability.
You may decide to stay 6 months or 6 years. The choice is yours. All we require when a client moves out is one months notice.
Meeting other people! Being a one person operation, has it’s advantages, but it also has it’s drawbacks. Isolation is one of those! However, because of our shared canteen, you can still have your one person business, but meet other like minded people who may also be one person companies.
What we can also offer, that others cannot is FREE parking for you and your visiting clients.
